Three copies of the paper must be printed and delivered on the scale of (21 * 11 cm) on one side of the page . Including margins, tables and references A floppy disk must be delivered with reference to the computer program used.

An attached letter to the paper must be delivered to confirming that the submitted paper has no been submitted for published in other Journals.

The first page of the paper must comprise the paper title, the researcher name and the place in which He/She works and an abstract of no more than 80words. Another page includes the researcher name of 4 lines. As well as, a page comprises the paper title ,the researcher name and work and an abstract of no more than 100 words in English.

Papers must be written in a clear, accurate, precise and objective language.

Papers are sent to the Technical Secretary of the Journal.

The paper fees must be paid to the College Finance Office, based on receipt issued by managerial secretary of the Journal.

Accepting the paper is based on the referees recommendations, it must be noted that the assessment of papers is performed in an confidential way.

Two referees in the field are nominated by the Vice-Editor of the Journal, based on the recommendations of the Advisory Scientific Committee, which include staff members from all departments in the college.

in the case of having different and contradiction reports from the two referees. The  paper must be sent to a third referees, whom assessment should be final.

The paper is considered accepted for publications, in the case of having positive reports from referees, it must be noted the negative reports of referees without justification will be ignored.

The process of assessing papers is based on objective criteria listed on the model sent to referees.

The Editing Board does its best to follow up the assessment process and the right decision for each paper in the right time.
